Angry Dell sold me a Faulty Laptop

I purchased my laptop (XPS M1530) in Jan'08 from US & then brought in back to India. I also purchased 3 yrs extended international warranty with it. In last 2 years this laptop has given me so many problem that I ever had in my life with any other thing.

“I believed in Dell, but in response Dell cheated me & sold a faulty laptop."

You can pull the records & check my case history. Almost every part of this laptop has been faulty & replaced . It started with DVD drive then multimedia touch pad, motherboard, again DVD drive twice/thrice, keyboard & now hard drive. I don’t know but every time when I have something important to work, this laptop dies on me. Today I came back from office & ASA I powered on my laptop to make presentation, I see an error & hard drive gone for toss. I have all the info in my laptop for presentation means I can't make presentation, my job is at stake.

Every 2nd month some part of this laptop stops working & then I need to call Dell. Last time when I called Dell for DVD issue, the supervisor was so pathetic that I could not believe it's Dell. At the end a manager came on call & at least, he acknowledged me & explained why DVD issue is coming again & again.

This time when I called Dell Ellen picked the call in Manila. First this guy took my service tag & expresses service code, then put me on hold after 5 min. I would not like to comment on his English but he was asking the same question again & again to me. Finally I had to call his supervisor; Mark came on call & said he will arrange an engineer for me.
That would take time as they will 1st ship the part & then engineer will come, means again i am stuck for at least 2 days.
I am so fed up with Dell & still in dilemma that Dell is doing this. I could purchase 2 laptops in same amount of money which I spent for this laptop but I purchased this laptop because this was a premium model from Dell & I thought this would be stable.
I want Dell to replace this faulty laptop sold to me & give me a laptop which is at least stable (don’t dies on me every 2nd month).

After sending the above email I got a call from Dell customer executive team & he said, we are sending a sevice engineer to replace the hard drive. After that if you face any other then we will replace the system. It means they still want to face more issues & then replace my system rather than replacing it now.
