I had purchased a phone and it got damaged and i asked for the replacement and they asked to get a DD of 5,000 as it was a customer enhanced damage. And i iunderstood the same and made the DD and gave my phone for replacement. I got a replacement after a month:i.e i gave the phone on 24/08/2011 and recieved a replacement on 25/09/2011. But when i tried to use the phone, the prob still was the same and i could not charge my phone. They had told me that they will give me a new phone and thats why i need to pay 5,000 rs but they seemed to have changed the body and sent it back to me. So than i again gave the -phone for replacement on 27/09/2011 and i have not yet recieved any phone. They are selling phones everyday but they can replace the phones seems to be a difficult and bad service scenario and injustice done to me. I am into marketing and i have lost a lot of business because i dont have internet and mailing facility and i dont have a this phone. I had taken this phone for my business. Please let me know what can i do and how can i get out of this. I do not have my phone since last 2 months after paying 37000 rs in total for the phone.
