when i placed my order on 19th August 2010 on dell's site DELL Studio 15 laptop worth Rs. 67000, i was assured by sales guy that my order will be delivered 7 to 8 days. after making a lot of calls when i got the laptop on the 18th day i.e 6th September i was shocked that the display of the laptop was cracked. when i asked the sales guy, he asked me to call the customer care (mind you the customer care atleast takes 18 mins to answer the call), they asked me to mail some guy named Sandeep. I mailed him at around 1 p.m, but he never replied me that day.when today i called the customer care luckily I got Sandeep online . He now says he needs 2 more days to investigate what could have happened. If atleast DELL cannot ship fully functional products on time , they must atleast have some policies to take back such damaged or faulty products , and return them to the customer quickly or they must pay me interest on my money that they have taken.
