Hi my name is Shashikant Bhure. I have purchased dell studio 15 laptop and I got this damaged. So I called to customer care and told my problem they picked up my laptop after 20 days from the date of complaint. Then they told me that you will get the new lapto within 15 business working days but since last 1 month I am waiting for my laptop replacement. So please anyone can help me. I have decided to go in consumer court but I dont have time to go there because I am student I cant miss my lectures. Please help me.
