i am deepak karnawat, i bought dell studio laptop online and paid Rs 46,000.
just after a week use my laptop's harddisk crashed.i called tech support they told me that they will be changing the harddisk but the harddisk that will be used for replacement will be a refurbished one.i totally disagreed and tried to contact the sales person whom i contacted while buying it and told him everything whatever has happened.
i asked for the complete replacement of the product.
it has been two and half months since they agreed and after calling them numerous number of times my faulty laptop got picked up from my residence but since then i have been calling them again and again for the delivery of the replacement laptop.
they are saying that production has completed but the laptop is under custom clearance from the last 20 days..
the replacement laptop estimated delivery date was 23 august,10..ordered on 4 august,10.
normally for a brand new delivery dell dont take more than 7 days to deliver.but this time for the replacement they had already taken 20 days and then also today is 9 sep and still not delivered...

please help me, i am feeling so much helpless.i dont have any of the managers contact number and when ever i talk to customer care dell india they say they are in meeting or conference..i am stuck badly..please help me..
