hi iam sameer verma and i had purchased dell studio 1558 laptop in 7 june 2010
machine worked very fine in starting days but at the mid of september it started giving problems like unusual shutdown, no internet access, and day by day machine is getting slower and slower instead of 4 GB RAM and 500 GB HARDDISK.
against which i had locked a complaint in customer care technical support for a look at my system and dey responded also to that case bearing no. 5233111 and offered me some
(5 nos.) parts replacements of my system. but still da problem continues my new brand laptop is shattered in pieces in frnt of me by their site engineer and now he replaced more than 10 parts of my system wateva he desires his will whether its a problamatic or not he replaced each and every part of my laptop in every visit he made to the laptop.
but the problem still continued same and new problems also occured during dis process such as speakers blown off due to miss handling and also now some buttons of my keyboard stopped working completely i dont know hw had dey fitted my system.
also another major issue which arrived is after parts replacement more than 10 parts (major parts) my system refused to accept any operating system i went blank and frustated to.
dis whole procedure took more dan 15 days 2 complete but they were not able to start my system. and against which due to the frustation of several visits i demanded a complete replacement of my system i dont want dis system to use again and dey accepted to give me the new system on replacement on 7 0ct eve and promised me dat your systemm will arrive in next 25 working days.
and today is 30 nov its been 2 month i didnt got any call frm dere replacement team regarding the system replacement
and whenever i call dere regarding my problem their executiove says dat " sir i will arrange a call back to u in evening". and since 1 month their evening is not going to come i know dat
and really iam very much upset and dats y iam writting 2 you people i need help please i need my system back....
iam a design engineer amd due to the lack of system my works are getting delayed..
i want that strict action should be taken against DELL organisation.
dats my humble request.
i had purchased dat laptop in 49500. i want all my money back wid interest of these 2 months and also the compensation for befooling me and cheating me on the same.
they must pay me the price for my pain.
