I placed order for the laptop on 28/9/10 with the assurance from the sales person of the company for delivery within a week or 10 days.
Its almost 20 days the promised delivery has not taken place and repeated calls to the sales person of the company keeps postponing the the delivery date and now it has reached a new date of 03 Nov.
The payment in full for the same was carried out on 28/9/10. Thereafter the order was confirmed.
This kind of amateur behaviour was not expected out of the company.
