Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased dell Studio 15 by March 2010 from kota, rajasthan.

from last 1 month my laptop's dvd writer is not working properly. i have made a lot's of call to dell customer care and jaipur service center but not getting proper response.

customer care not giving satisfactory answer. most of the time they put me on hold and when i get conect with them they cut the call without any proper answer.
the jaipur service center guy Mr. mukesh was saying (141-4014220) that i have to take my laptop to jaipur only.
sir kota is 250 k.m. from jaipur and if they are selling their products in kota why they can't give service on the same place.?????

kindly guide me. i am a working person and laptop is a part of my working life. now i can't tolerate any more.
