I booked above mentioned laptop on internet paid an ant 50000/- via bank transfer on 7 oct 2010. sales rep. of dell Mr. Kali Kaushik Promised me to deliver my laptop within 12 days. But the confirmation copy given to was carrying the date of delivery was 15 nov 2010. I called back to Mr. Kaushik and told him about this he still said it was by mistake and assured me the delivery by 22 oct.2010. I again called on 11th oct. I was sad there is the shortage of some parts which will be coming to us from dell's factory in Malasiya but not to worry delivery is sure by 22 oct. now Mr. kali went on leave till 25th oct 2010. till today I tried to get satisfactory reply but everyone out there is trying to befool me. I called call center 5 times today but no cooperation. no one responsible is handling my case. every one is telling diffrent story. one call ecnter executive said the system booked by me is not in production now. another said they have recieved parts. another said it is still under production. Please help me to get my money back & compentation against the pain I had to bear

dear friend, I purchased my dell studio laptop few months back, this idiot kali kausik bhattachargee was my sales representative. at the time of placing order he assured me of some free offer and delivery within 10 days. after realising the payment online, the scenario changed.. i gt the laptop after 15 days. to my surprise, he has not given me any free offer....i called hi several times and he refused... he fooled me...i fwd'd several complaints to higher authorities in dell, but no reply....

it was a poor customer service.... i have decided that i wnt buy an dell product in the future and i wnt recommend this to any one!!!
