I buy dell vostro 1510 and it was my biggest mistake that i have spended 48990 Rs for it.

Problem no.1 Display problem .

Problem no.2 DVd drive works with its own mood.

Biggest Problem: Non sense solutions provided From Dell company .

The matter start with Problem in its display. Now the condition is like this whenever i shutdown it i "ll never be sure that i will be able to see the display for next time. When for first time DISPLAY CRASH being a very sincere User of dell i directly approach Dell service center pune.They charge 750 Rs on the name of diagonsis keep laptop for 2 days and told me that I have to spend 14000Rs for replacing motherboard. Being a student its bit hard job for me to spend such a large amount. i was very depressed that i have spended such a large amount on this laptop and this is of no use with in just 1 year .Thn i called dell customer care they told me "Sir U have to purchase a new laptop or u can replace motherborad ". Thn i use internet when i found that i m not the only victim of this model of laptop.This is my Direct Question to the dell that if this laptop has a major fault in Display which the the most important part of laptop how could they Fraud the Users By saying that "sir your motherboard will B replaced by paying 14000rs or sir u have to buy new laptop".The only Solution i m finding is that Dell should Refund my money back or should give an appropirate laptop of same value as i Paid to them .!!
