Dell warranty status
respected Sir
i have asked for my warranty upgrade and have received the quotation "Quotation - SER # 790503615433 " i have deposited the amount in the "dell india pvt ltd " in the citibank, jaipur as per quotation and informed Mr prashant tiwari and requested him to update my warranty . initially, he procrastinated the issue and now, he has stopped replying to my mails . i have deposited the amount on 29-07-10 but, still my warranty is not updated till now. i dont know what to do now ..i want my money back or the warranty extended please help
