sir i have bought a dell xps 1340 refurbished laptop from dell company. i got a defective laptop.the defective one was the DVD drive .then i went to service center and the problem exists the same.then i called dell they sent me a technician and replaced the parts. then the problems exceeded. then i sent my laptop to Bangalore,the problem was solved. then after a few days i again faced a problem that it was getting heated. then i called them they replaced the parts. now the problem is not solved but the problems increased. i got the laptop 3months before and within this short period it has undergone around 10 services. i have asked for a replacement laptop they are not accepting. i say them every time they every time just say this time problem will be solved but none of the times the problems are solved. instead the problems are doubled.
