to whom it may concern,

i bought a dell 1645 last year in 2010 may and since then this is my third replaced laptop which already has had 20 visits (sounds unreal but true.) Last evening a technician came to fix the inbuilt microphone(replace the monitor) but left wit saying "I cannot do this anymore, i want to go home , i am getting late, dell is not helping me" when he left the microphone and webcam were not working

I have his name and number with a bill unsigned by me written by him.

Today i called dell and spoke to ravindran m who after seeing my entire history wanted me to try fixing the problem instead of apologizing and sending another technician.

he said until i try it on my own over the fone he will not help. dell has all conversations recorded if required .

please help me as i am helpless with this machine and dell is not helping at all
