i had purchased a dell xps 15 laptop on 26th dec through daspan infotronics at lamngton road. i had asked them that i dont want a grey market piece which was avaiable at a very cheap price. and when i contacted the dell customer care they told me that its is a canada grey markeet piece. when i contacted the dealer her told me that he will give me personal warranty of any faulty parts. i said i want warranty from the company and not personal warranty. please tell me what can be done.
