Over the years we have heard a lot about the NVIDIA GPU issue in this model along with other models. Recently my laptop broke down. I tries to find a solution to this and came up with this

But to my amazement, systems from India was not eligible for this. I tried my service tag and it was said invalid due to region conflict.

And Dell India is yet to do anything about it. When I asked a few dell representatives about this they were clueless.

I want to know that why is this discrepency? Are we Indians not a valued customers to Dell?

I want a feedback on this from Dell. But I seem dell doesn't participate in this in forum. I do liked that other vendors are actually acknowledging the posts. Why Dell is so reluctant?

And please, can anyone guide me to the process on lodging a case on this issue. I wanna do it legal.
