This is to inform that on 05/09/2007 I bought a Lenovo 47Q laptop from Allahabad and got the warranty of the same extended on 03/09/2008 for two years, at present I need to replace some parts of my laptop here in Delhi and was asked to lock a call for the same, to my surprise I came to know by the customer care representative that my laptop is no more in warranty period, when I explained every thing to CCR then he asked me to mail the soft copy of the care pack to India@lenovoreg.com. I did the same and the reply I got is the serial number of my laptop does not exist with their record. Please note I have got the parts of my laptop replaced several times in the past in Allahabad, if the information of my laptop does not exist with their servicing department how do I get the defective parts of my laptop replaced in the past.

Also regarding the same issue I have send three emails along with the soft copy of my laptop's invoice and copy of the care pack, which contains all the vital information of my laptop like serial number and model number and till today they did not take any positive action and the warranty of my laptop is about to expire on 03/09/2010.
