I gave my DELL inspiron 1545 laptop in Fairsys infotech, Kothrud(Near Ideal ground) to replace my laptop Hard drive.
my laptop did not had any other problem and just 1.5 years old.
i got replaced my hard disk but when i got my laptop back, it was showing 'consider replacing your battery' ERROR which was not shown previously and my laptop battery was fine with about 2.5 Hrs battery backup. now battery drains out in just one hour. i saw the battery number and it was correct but sticker was new, and battery had lot of scratches on the backside. I have never taken out my battery then how it had so many scratches. I am sure they have changed mylaptop battery with other and put same sticker. now they are saying your laptop battery is weak and should be replaced.
I am going to make complaint of this company and i suggest all of you dont go to this company to repair your laptop or any computer related devices and dont trust them at all...
