Dear Sir/Madam,

I went e zone (M.G Road,Indore) on 18th Jun 2010 for laptop purchase.
One of the employees (Minakshi) of e zone, helped me to select the model.
I selected Lenovo laptop & asked for Loan procedure.
Minakshi told me the whole procedure of loan, but i went to SBI.
Next day SBI provide me a DD of Rs. 29,000.
Same day on 19th Jun 2010 i went to e zone & purchased the said laptop.
But Mr. Mayuresh Sharma (Casheir) refuse the delivery.
The reason behind that, they'll give me delivery only after clearing of DD.
The DD was banker's DD.

Now my complaint is, they didn't give me delivery till date.
Total 4 days gone after payment & they are not even picking up my phone.

Please do the needful.
