I have purchased a hp laptop DV4-1404 from alambagh.Lucknow on 7/1/2010.after fer months its hard disk got crashed..since the unit was in warrenty hp replaced it.in service center they never check whole uniit.when i lost my warrenty its cd rom drive got crashed.i called hp assistent they told lens has gone faulty.now my screen is flickring.i m a medical student..with difficulty i have invested rs 40000 to buy this laptop.and now its having so many problems.please help me.
