A brand new Laptop of HCL was defective on purchase in April 2011. Upon subsequent complaints and reminders, it was taken from us and hasnt been returned till date after more than 5 months. No proper response is obtainable from the company and its executives. They ae refusing to replace it though it was DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL with a major POWER Problem on MOTHERBOARD.

Such Companies should be taught a lesson and should be penalised for cheating customers who trust brands for quality and service.

We want action and penalty on the company plus refund with interest and damages
