FROM THAT DAY ONWARD IM FEDUP WITH HCL PERSONS I HAVE GOT THE DEFECTED LAPTOP.AFTER I GOT DELIVERD MY LAPTOP TO MY HOME I HAVE CHECKED AFTER 3 DAYS MORE HEATING IS COMING I HAVE GVEN A COMPLAINT TO HCL CUSTOMER CARE ON 25-01-2011 WITH COMPLAINT NO IS 2441110142.ONE EXECUTIVE CAME AND CHECKED THE LAPTOP AND TOLD ME THAT IS NORMAL HEATING.AFTER TWO MONTHS I HAVE GIVEN ANOTHER SAME COMPLAINT ON 28-04-2011 WITH COMPLAINT NO 274110260 SAME EXECUTIVE CAME AND HE TOLD THAT THIS MODEL IS NVIDIA CHIPSET PRODUCE HEATING. ON THAT DAY I HAVE TOLD HIM BATTERY ALSO NOT GIVING BACKUP HE TOLD ME THAT THIS MODEL LAPTOP GIVE 1:30 MINS BACKUP ONLI WHEN I HAVE BUYED THE LAPTOP MR RANJAN MUKERJEE TOLD ME THAT THIS MODEL LAPTOP WILL GIVE 3:55 MINS BACKUP BUT THIS LAPTOP NOT GIVING BACKUP MORE THAN 1:30 mins HCL CHEATED ME BY SAYING THAT THIS MODEL GIVES 3:55 MINS BACKUP . AFTER 4 MONTHS I HAVE GIVEN A SAME COMPLAINT ON HCL CUSTOMER CARE ON DATED 22-08-2011 WITH COMPLAINT NO 8400030295 . I HAVE TOLD THAT TO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON LAPTOP GETTING MORE HEATING & BATTERY REPLACEMENT. ANOTHER DAY EXECUTIVE CAME AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL TAKE LAPTOP TO SERVICE CENTER AND WILL CHECK I HAVE GIVEN LAPTOP TO HIN AFTER TWO DAYS HE CAME WITH LAPTOP HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS CLEANED PROCESSOR FAN AND REPLACED A NEW BATTERY. AFTER ONE MONTH LAPTOP HAS GOT SAME PROBLEM I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO HCL CUSTOMER CARE DATED AS ON 24-09-2011 WITH COMPLAINT NO 8008077550 . AFTER TWO DAYS FROM SERVICE CENTER PERSON MR SHIVA CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO BRING THE LAPTOP TO SERVICE CENTER I WENT THERE THEY CHECKED AND TOLD ME THAT LAPTOP GETTING MORE HEATED AND THEY REPLACED NEW PROCESSOR FAN & THEY RUNED SYSTEM FOR ONE HOUR AFTER REPLACING FAN THERE IS A SAME PROBLEM OF HEATING THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPLACED A NEW MOTHER BOARD THEY TOLD ME THAT WE WILL KEEP REQUEST FOR NEW MOTHER BOARD FROM HCL MIN BRANCH. THEY TOLD ME THAT WAIT FOR 1 WEEK AND TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME AND TELL WHEN TO COME TO SERVICE CENTER TO REPLACED A MOTHER BOARD BUT 45 DAYS OVER THEY DIDINT CALL ME BEFORE TWO DAYS I HAVE CALLED A MR SHIVA ABOUT MOTHER BOARD REPLACEMENT HE TOLD ME THAT MOTHER BOARD IS NO STOCK IN MAIN BRANCH I TAKES MORE 1 WEEK MY LAPTOP IS IN WARRANTY TILL JANURAY 2012 ONLY.I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HCL INFOSYSTEM LTD.
