Dear Concerned,

This is regarding my query regarding my laptop that i had handed over to HCL people two months after its purchase, due to some power problem.
My laptop was handed over to the filed engineer of HCL on 25th July'11 and he assured of getting back within 8 to 10 days.
Its been almsot three months, but they have failed to resolve my query even after rigorous follow up from my side.

Its high time and i need the help of Consumer Forum Court in getting back my laptop.
