I have purchased new Laptop from Mumbai Obroi Mall, Borivali on 17/10/2010, i have paid Simultaneously Rs. 25990/- laptop cost, Rs. 1900/- Extend Warranty for 2 years, & Rs. 999/- for Data card total paid amount Rs. 28889/-

" with confirmation you laptop warranty has extended for two years, after one year on dated first i called to HCL people for laptop servicing they said mam you warranty period is expired from HCL Centre, you have to contact with croma person, they will provide you servicing of your laptop.

when i tried to contact with croma people customer care, they said, they are not include servicing charges in laptop warranty,
they are not include hardware damage in warranty period, & also not include software damage in warranty period, that means i dont understand what they include in warranty period, if i want to read there terms & conditions, it is also not available in sites.

I have purchased new Laptop from Delhi Nehru Place on 28/10/2011, i have paid Simultaneously Rs. 24500/- They give me 3 Year Warranty & Rs. 999/- for Data card and 14000 rs ka wiz pack/-

first called to HCL people for laptop service they said mam you warranty period is expired from HCL Centre, you have to contact with croma person.

when i tried to contact with croma people customer care, they said, they are provide me in 15 with in 15 days but today one month long plz help me
