HCL laptop P28 pdc

i have purchased this laptop on two year warranty but i lost the warranty card but i have purchase receipt. now company is telling me that the product had only 1 year warranty. purchase date is 12 sep 2008.
dealer says that this model itself comes with the two year warranty.
