Dear Sir,
I bought a HCL ME Laptop L-1015, on Oct,4,2011 from S.S.D.N Infosolutions, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
I was informed by dealer to get 1+2 bench warranty, 3 years Mac Afee antivirus and other things under the scheme BBC Offer with my products at free of cost.He told me to submmit the necessary documents to the HCL Infosystems, Sec-11, Noida. I followed all the procedures informed by him.
Now, the company is denying for any kind of scehme on that purchased date.I informed the dealer but he could not helped me. I have being scammed by the dealer. He sold his product by providing attractive and wrong informations.Dealer had provided fake information at the time of purchasing.
Please help me how to get my claims and let me know what should i do against dealer and HCL company.
