I have a notebook of hcl me and i facing some problem in notebook so i were complaint in the head office of a hcl and they given me a complaint no. Which is. 8400052192. I were complaint on following no. 18601800425 and 01202406105 but after complaning they given me 48 hours to solve my problem but 72 hours are going on so i again call on that no. But they have no reply me so call on mumbai head office no. Which is. 02240510200 they talk very bad and then i told them to complain in consumer forum so they told me okk you go and complain so i request to the committee of consumer forum to solve my problem and help me. I have all major documents please help me

i am using HCL Net book and currently the product is under warranty period till(4th Nov2011)and for this i am facing the problem with the operating error and the system sows the "Blue Error and Hard disk corrupting " message sows when i am starting the Net book, for this i have been complained so many times and also foreworded so many Email and called Up so many times but did not get any positive response from HCL Team . The important thing is tha the problem coming from last 5 MONTHs and and currently i am not able to use my Net Book, so kindly Requesting you please do some urgently need full support and please try to resolve this matter as well as Requiesting you for REPLACEMENT MY NET BOOK because if the problem will come again after the warranty period expire the no body will able to help me for the same.
( for this all i have been longed complain on 7th June2011 about 3pm and currently escalate the issue bu mail and telephone)
