Hcl p38 pdc

i've bought p38 pdc notebook of ME series....but i want graphic driver for o.s. Windows Xp..
but i cant neither install it from CD nor from the official website of HCl..
plz take some Action for the welknown compny HCL...
(the customer care Authorities want Rs.500.00 to install Drivers)
