Purchased this laptop in April 2011 , after about 20 days of working the laptop was getting shutdown due to excessive heating. Called service center in Kolkata they came and said the cooling fan was not working, replaced the colling fan again same problem within a month service person came and said that again cooling fan was not working ......again cleaned and said that it is ok......i am a software engineer working in a 24 hrs service and where to go without laptop......Plz help me out with this issue....the service people are killing time as the laptop is in warranty........
