I hv purchased new HP mini laptop & loaded OS windows7. Blue tooth is not working on that, even devise shows proper working, Driver is also properly loaded. If any one knows solution pls guide me.

I hv purchased new HP mini laptop & loaded OS windows7. Blue tooth is not working on that, even devise shows proper working, Driver is also properly loaded. If any one knows solution pls guide me.
