i am very much tired from my laptop of hp which is purchased on 22/9/2010 and found corrupted on next day while using the laptop.
problem name _[ blue screen event problem ] and after this msg another msg [dumping physical data to main memory] arises and the laptop is shut down immediately.
as observed by user that this is a manufacturing defect because the same problem persist after so many services and after changing the - "hard disk ; motherboard and RAM"
this laptop is not used by the consumer even for a day.

due to this my brother suffers from a great loss of studies as he is a student of IIT and in computer science branch. and his marks in the examinations are affected drastically.

thus i am submitting this complaint to know that what will be the maximum amount of compensation of mental agony, and loss of marks which affect the whole life of my brother.?

please provide me the solution of the above remedy.
