i have purchased my hp laptop S.no CNF0347XPH on 8th oct 2010, and after few days i found that laptop's base is having problem due to tight hings, i have registered a complaint to replace the laptop but they haven't provided me complete resolution.
they have replaced only the base, i have requested them again and again to change the laptop. i was expecting that this may happen again because its a manufacturing issue,
and now after the warranty is over it is again having same problem on same side and exactly same position as it was before.
i have called hp to resolve my problem again because it was the same issue which was under warranty and was left without complete resolution.
