My complaint id 4635197523. Hp services are extremely poor.they have not sent any engineer till date.all they do just suggesting to update the drivers even after specifying the exact problem.i called the customer service centre 30306363 several times and still my problem is being unsolved.the product is under warranty and hp is still bothering to give the proper services.
