Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Soniya. I have purchased an HP Pavilion Laptop on 30th Oct, 2010 from Computer Land, Nehru Place, New Delhi. There was some Diwali offer going on at that time and I have been given a website address
www.hp.com/in/laptoppromos to claim the offer. I have been trying the
website since then but the website doesn’t open or it doesn’t exist.
So, I called the HP Redemption department uncountable number of times.
Nobody picked up the call , may be the number provided was fake. Every time I
called the customer care department, the representative will give a
different redemption department contact number that never worked.
Finally, few days back I got a chance to speak to a lady in the
redemption department who informed me that there was no such Diwali
offers going on for HP Laptops and they have been getting a lot of
similar fault complaints for the same from different sources.

Now, when I went to the Retailer ( Computer Land), they said the offer
had been closed, no offer will be available for me. Prior at the time of purchase they never informed me that the offer was valid till 15th of Nov. only.

This is a BIG CHEAT WITH THE CUSTOMERS !

I, therefore, request you to kindly do something to get the justification.

Hi,
My name is Deepak Singh, from amritsar. I bought a compaq laptop in jun 2010 and at that time there was a offer for student. The offer was that if I am a student of a school or any college, i will get a Motorola cell phone only in Rs.4000/- whose market price is Rs.12000/-.
and money is to be send by draft in favour of HP Redemption Cell.

So I did all this thing. I mean, I send draft of Rs.4000/- in favour of HP Redemption Cell along with my college ID proof. After one month I got message on my cell phone and email that my claim has been despatched.
But still I have not received any claim. I send many messages to HP Redemption Cell also but they dont reply.
so plz help me and guide me what action I should take against them and how?
