I had bought laptop in 2007 october in Guwahati. In 2009 september, the fan in my system causing some sound. then I bring this laptop to the hp service centre Anderson,guwahati,They replaced this fan with new one,After few days it showing some start up problem,showing multiple window,I could not start my laptop now.I had tried many times for starting,I had done the start up repair also,I had informed service centre Anderson,they told me that this is not due to the installation of fan.,but it is due to some other system problem, which cannot be repaired.Now,I can't able to use my laptop,it is useless now.I had the cash memo and receipt provided me by the service centre.

I want some solution, Hp pavillion laptops are costlier than the other,So there should be better service after buy.But it is not like that.I find very difficult in the service of hp laptop.So, I had no confidence on hp laptop.In future I will not suggest any onefor hp laptop

I will be thankful if u kindly give me a solution as early as possible
