I have recently purchased a HP laptop from Croma, Vashi and after 20 - 25 days its stopped working. I have shown to one the authorized HP dealer - Precision Infomatic M Pvt Ltd, Vashi. Engineer over there diagnosed my laptop and said you have to order Recovery Disk just by calling in HP customer service. When I called in customer service after a long conversation that is not been required she said Recovery disk will be dispatched to you within a week. But, still after a week I wont get any intimation from HP and not even a Recovery disk. Again, when call them back I come to know they have not sent me Recovery disk and closed the call without solving my problem. This time she said we don't have right it will take 10 - 15 days I was so wonder such big brand don't have spare disks and very poor customer services. After insisting she said I'll let you the status by tomorrow now 2 days passed she have not reverted me. My official and personal work is effecting so much because of this. Kindly, do the required action as soon as possible and provide me Recovery Disk.
