sudeep.lodha@gmail.com I bought HP Pavilion DV4 (Ser no. CND9324T4Z) laptop on 23rd Oct.2009. After that first problem arised on 26th Dec.2009. And at that time the laptop is not powering on. That time Pune Service Center changed the I.C. and system board of the laptop. They kept laptop for 8 days. And same time i ask for replacement of the product bacause that product was faulty. But they said that the product will not have any problem then onwards. After that problem was arised in the month of april that time they repaired with in 5 min. That time the problem was with RAM. After that problem again arised in the month of July that time he problem was with Operating System and Recovery CD (Case no. 4617934920). And that time also I asked for the Product Replacement.
And again the problem arised and the machine was not turning on. Then on 25th nov. i went to the service center with laptop and they said the problem is with system board.
i got faulty product. I am not at all satisfy with that product. they change system board in the 1st week of January 2010 as per this system board have warranty till 1st week of January 2011. but they are not agree on this they told me you have to change system board of Rs12000/-. After listing my problem this they offer me 10% discount in stied of giving new laptop. i have all bill and e-mail communication. if you need then i will send to you.
