there services not reliable they are not believable and totally fraud. if your product is in warranty period they will not change your item and get your replace product from company side and sold to market or you in MRP.

I started to hate HP products just because of the bad service they provide, and their names are listed in HP's authorized service centers list.
I request HP to delist it.

Well not only are they useless but their products... laptops for that matter, are just complete rubbish... I have owned two HP laptops so far both had overheating problems, and both were under warrenty at the time but a replacement could not be made!
