Dear All,

We buy one new laptop on 07/05/2010 from Gurgaon against no. 232, last Saturday (i.e. 07/08dd/2010) suddenly system got hanged and got shutdown. After restarting the system not responding

We left this laptop in your service center for servicing, your engineer says your hard disk is crashed my all data is lost and I am facing lot of problems due sudden crashing of hard-disk. I request you to change my hard-disk on urgent basis

till now i am not received my laptop and your service center engineer says today or tomorrow you will received the laptop but till now i cant get my laptop, sony has a reputed company but i am not very happy from their service

Please help me because i am facing lots of problem because of this
