i have bought a COMPAQ-610 Laptop with the serial no.-CNU-9340-WZ1 from the 1st day of buying i had the problem that my computer does not switches on in in one touch. Afterwards it started troubling by other issues like it hangs kind of struck for an instance if used continuously for a long time and speaker volume was extremely slow. So i had submitted the laptop in HP-service centre -KANPUR(UP) , i tried to explain the problem to them but they have registered the query in their own language and insured to fix it. They took the laptop from around 20 days and when i got my Laptop they said your "motherboard and Speaker" has been replaced and i came back. But when i called HP consumer support , they told me that issue registered here for this laptop was that display was not coming on switching on the computer. The case id was - 4615732396 , they didnt mentioned the issues told by me to the consumer support. And also lied about the replacement of speaker , when i called consumer support HP they told me that they ave send only a motherboard for this laptop. Even now i'm facing the same problems which i was facing from the very 1st day. So please tell me is there any procedure of replacement of problem if it is non-repairable. And if service centre persons can fix it they should get it fixed i have no problem. Please do some thing in this regard otherwise i'm going to file a complain in RTI office requiring the explaination of lies as well as in consumer court to take action against HP service centre.!
