I AM A STUDENT OF CIPET II nd YEAR, AND I AM IN NEED OF A LAPTOP FOR THE COMPLETION OF MY COURSE, I HAVE PURCHASED A HP LAPTOP COMPAQ CQ62-111TX VIDE INVOICE NO. 486 DATED 12.08.2010 FROM HIGH TECH COMPUTERS, LAMBA COMPLEX, MAIN ROAD,PAONTA SAHIB (HP) ON INSTALEMENT BASIS , DUE TO SHORTAGE OF FUNDS. WITHIN A WEEK AFTER CHECKING TO OPEN THE LAPTOP, IT IS FOUND THAT THE SHOFTWARE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING PROPERLY OF THIS LAPTOP. I HAVE COMPELL TO THE SUPPLYER M/S. HIGH TECH COMPUTERS ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF LAPTOP. THE SUPPLYER HAS BEEN SENT THE LAPTOP TO THE HP SERVICE CENTRE, DEHRADUN FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN RECTIFIED BY THE HP SERVICE CENTRE,DEHRADUN AND THEY RETURN THE LAPTOP TO THE SUPPLYER. THE SUPPLYER HAS BEEN COMPELL TO THE AUTHORISED DEALER OF HP COMPAQ LAPTOP SUPPLYER, PARWANOO (HP) AND SENT THE LAPTOP TO THE PARWANOO FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM. THE AUTHORISED DEALER HAS BEEN APPROACHED TO THE HP SERVICE CENTRE, CHANDIGARH FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM BUT THEY ALSO FAILED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

DURING THIS PERIOD, THE AUTHORISED DEALER AND THE LOCAL SUPPLYER HAS BEEN VERBALLY ASSURED ME FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS DAMAGED LAPTOP WITHIN 3-4 DAYS, WHEN I APPROACHED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE LAPTOP, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REPLACE THE SAME, BY SAYING THAT THERE IS NO ANY WARRANTY FOR THE REPLACEMENT, REPAIRING & MAINTENANCE OF THE LAPTOP. THEY HAVE PRESS ME TO TAKE THE DAMAGED LAPTOP.

LOOKING TO THIS CIRCUMSTANCES, THIS LAPTOP IS NOT IN A POSITION TO TAKE.AND BOTH SUPPLYER HAS BEEN CHITING ME.

I WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE SAME .

SO PLEASE ARRANGE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN THE MATTER TO RELEASE THE ANOTHER LAPTOP IN PLACEMENT OF THAT LAPTOP.
