I Sailendra Kumar r/o Kendriya Vidyalaya 39,G.T.C, Varanasi has purchased a laptop computer Model. dv4-2126TX/WRT1TPA Sr.No. INA0160K9P with windows 7 operating System from Computer Park shop. 14 Shastri Nagar Market, Opp. IP Mall Sigra Varanasi-221010 mobileno. 9919896550 purchase dated: 10/07/2010. On Date 27/07/10 ,I found that its right side USB is not working. This problem i immediately reported to the vendor as well as on HP authorised service centre RT outsourcing service Ltd, L-7/68, Shastri Nagar, Sigra Varanasi-221001,Ph-0542-2220106. The kept my laptop, give me token no.4575 case no. 4617668471 obligation type 02N dated 27/07/10. But it has passed 20 days They did not repair my Laptop.They say it is required to change motherboard. But company did not supply us mother board.

You are requested to either repair or replace my laptop with a new one as it was amanfucturing defect. it was only observed after 17 days of purchase.
Please take immediate action in this regard.
