I purchased the hp laptop with no LAPTOP HPNB G42- 456TU Batch no SCNF051FZDD on 18th december, 2011. The laptop stopped working just after 3 days as the screen showing some abrupt and distorted images inspite of the fact we have not done any damage from our side. we went to hp center at lajpat nagar they said they cant change the screen as its a physical damage. however the fact is no harm done from our side and they said they will charge for replacing the screen, it was a jolt to us. I need the replacement of the hp laptop screen
