I have an HP laptop. My laptop was getiing shut down within every 30 mins of use and sometimes it doest start.I took my laptop to hp service center as it is in warranty, its warranty will expire on 12/08/2010. I have submitted my laptop on 02/08/2010. They said its because of overheating and the coolent fan is was to be replaced which was out of their stock.They changed the fan and handed the laptop to me after on saturday the 07/08/2010. when i took it home it was still having the same problem andwas overheating too .I have submitted the laptop on monday i.e. 09/08/2010. Today i.e. 10/08/2010 i received a call from them saying some parts is to be replaced which is out of their stock so it will take time. Now i want to knw if my warrant expires on 12/08/2010 and if the same problem remains even after the taking the delivery or with in sometime then will I be able to get that problem rectified without any cost or not. And they said that when a part is changed they give warranty for 3 months on that product replaced, but if this problem is not because of that part and it turned out its because of some other reason then what can I do or what rights do i have ,as i have submitted it with in warranty.
