dear sir, i placed a online order with dell india fr0m thei online store in chandigarh on
8th of june and i rcvd this order on 19th of june. but this laptop was having some technical fault, so i returned back through proper channel and i got the call from them that now ur system will be replaced and u will get a new laptop within 5 to 6 working days. this is matter of 30th june. but now its almost one month today that i had not rcvd my laptop back. now icame to know that they had placed my new order after 20days on 21st july and again they told me that u will get it in 5 to 6 working days but i had not got it. i m getting harrased by the company. my laptop is 15R inspiron costing around Rs45000 in indian currency. and my customer code with the company is 781787254. dr vishal kumar ludhiana mobile no. 9256122741
