I bought Dell Inspiron laptop with service tag number 7GQN5BS, long back on 23rd of April and got the delivery after a month. I used that laptop for 10 days and then it stopped working. I asked for the replacement and now it has been 3 months that my system is not been replaced. My laptop has been collected from my place few days back and again there is no communication. I am trying to call the replacement team. They are not picking up the call. This is not expected from the company like dell.
I need to get an explanation regarding my losses. My Rs. 40500 is trapped for this long period of 3 months and 20 days. I suffered a loss of my interest on the amount. Who is responsible for this loss?

With reference to the complaint reciept given by RAJ INFOSYSTEM,shop. no.-337,City Centre,Dhanbad of serial no. R3KB7G6 and model no. 332825Q of lenovo laptop with carry case adapter and mouse dated 22/07/10 in name of Rishabh Agarwall,Manaitand,Dhanbad,I have to say that it has proved defective and lenovo company is not paying attention to it and not replacing the product which is in warranty period.The Lenovo laptop B450 Model number 333825Q was purchased on 18th-May-2010 with cost of Rs24200 from SKY computer,UG-34 Urmila Tower,Bank More, Dhanbad-826001 in the name of Rishav Agarwal,Manaitand,Dhanbad.There is no response from shoper and service centre of company. So it is my humble request to solve the problem and replace my laptop as fast as you can otherwise i will compose case in nearby state court and consumers court.
