LCD Problem in my HCL Laptop

Dear Sir,

Its been second time I am writing a mail to you regarding my HCL laptop. Its LCD is not working properly and needs to change as it is under warranty. So many times I have followed up your lucknow service centre but did'nt get any proper updates yet. Its been a 11 months now i am using this laptop and since then I am facing troubles. Please never ever buy any laptop or desktop from HCL. worst services honestly.
