I bought Lenovo G460 in 10 nov 2010. which have one year service warranty .
My laptop keyboard is not working properly and it's key is in very bad condition . when i complaint about this to call centre , the person told me to go to near service centre . The centre owner ask abt the complaint number which is CaseID :4270320223 . this complaint i already registered in 19th sept 2011. But uptill now i amnot getting the replacement keyboard from the company . Whevever i call to call center to service center they have no reply about the dispatch of keyboard from the company . No body have proper reply about the keyboard dispatch to me or service center.
i call 10 times to call center , the call center parson told that call some another day part is not available in the company . i dont know what service provide by the lenovo because after 25 days gone they have not any satisfactory answer about the keyboard dispatch.How much time lenovo company will take for replacement of Parts ?
please suggest me what i should do .
