Hi,
I purchased this Lenovo G570 on 16th Jan'2012,
and not even a month have passed and the laptop got hardware problem.
The web-camera problem, when inspected by Lenovo service center personnel, they told its a camera problem, can be replaced. and after logging issue they said its done and working fine.
But as soon as I cross checked I found the issue persisted, on this the technical guy said that may be its Cable issue, and will take 2 to 3 days for repairing.
Now my concern is its not even a month and I am facing hardware problem, which should not be if I am purchasing a branded goods.
I raised a request to Lenovo consumer section, but they were like playing "passing the parcel" with me as a parcel. the pre-sale department toggled me to post-sale, and post-sale sent me back to pre-sale.
This happened for few number of times, then I was asked to send an e-mail to the "said" email id,
I did that too, but in reply I was again asked to send the e-mail to some other e-mail.
Where I again received another reply mentioning to send a scan copy of Invoice.
I did accordingly and after that I again received an e-mail mentioning to send the "Service Report" from the service center.
Meanwhile I had been wondering between the service center and the shop "Lotus" from where I purchased the laptop, the distance is approximately 12KM.
Now I am really frustrated of being pulled between this transaction, and I just want Lenovo to either Refund my money OR provide me a fresh new Laptop.
Please Help.
