Hi,

I am Vishal Dudeja and I bought the Lenovo Ideapad U350 Laptop from Croma Store Aundh ,Pune on 13/06/2010 and the battery is not charging on the very first night it says connected but not charging.I contacted croma store and they asked me to contact customer care .I contacted customer care and they logged a case no:42720991 and 4270021037 and they asked me to contact Lenovo service center in chinchwad ,pune.I visited the service center and they tried with different charger and batter and it is still not charging that means it is a problem with this Laptop.I contacted customer care again and they asked me to send an email to customercare@lenovowarranty.co.in and she gave me a final reference number:5073760 and told that the laptop will be replaced and they replied me saying that it will be replaced but the same model is not there so they will be replaced with a different model but so far I haven't received the model number and after that no response from them and I tried to contact their number and I have to be in queue for more than 2 hours everyday but getting nowhere.I am going round and round in circles.I want to file a legal case against Lenovo.So,I have contacted a lawyer but I need the address where I will send a legal notice.I want to escalate this issue to the top management as well.
