    I have a problem with my lenevo ideapad Z560.
    Hard is not detecting also in bios mode.
    Model No. Ideapad Z560 59-04542
    Purchase Date: 21/Sep/2010
    After 20 days of purchase i meet to hard disk failure. I have many business related & personal data in this hard disk. I haveshown it to lenevo service center & the service engineer says that we can'tget backup of that hard disk.
    I have bought this laptop 1months ago & this hard disk problem is created& I have lost my lots of important data due to which i am suffering a bigloss.
    What is the guaranty that if i'll replace the hard disk then it will not bedead again that's why i want replacement of my laptop.
    If a middle class person investing amount of 37000/ to40000/ then he thinks that its a long term investment but if it will createproblem just in 25days after purchase then what customer will think aboutLenevo products, that it's a big mistake to buy a lenevo product.
    I m not getting any reply regarding my laptop replacement. Allready it has been passes 20 days when i have complained & i was not getting any response from lenevo. I was suffering business problems due to Laptop. I was trying to contact you at this no. 1800115522 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1800115522 end_of_the_skype_highlighting from 5days but it allways says that network is busy please try after some time i have also sent a mail to you but you didn't reply. I was being frustrated.
    and now they says that we can't replace the laptop & tha data backup is at your own risk. When i was talking to Mr. Manju Tatavat ( Lenovo Cusomer Care Excutive) about my problem she disconected my phone. I have been frustrated
    Please tell me what should i do now?

    Default Problem with Lenovo Z560

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my lenevo ideapad Z560.

    Hard is not detecting also in bios mode.

    Model No. Ideapad Z560
    Purchase Date: Sep/2010
    After 15 days of purchase i meet to hard disk failure.
    I have shown it to lenevo service center and submitted laptop. Since 3 weeks they are unable to manage hard disk simply says in India we dont have stock of hard disk.
    It will come from China, then we will fix it.
    I have just bought this laptop 1 months ago & this hard disk problem is created.
    Since 3 weeks laptop is at service center and I am suffering through their useless service.
    They are not even picking phones most of the times.
    Still there is no guaranty that after replacing hard disk it will work fine that's why I want either replacement of my laptop or refund of my lost money.
    I m not getting any reply regarding my laptop replacement. Allready it has been passed 3 weeks when i have complained & i was not getting any response from lenevo.
    I tried to contact 1800115522 but that also not working.
    I have also sent lot of mails lenovo people but they didn't reply.
    I am really frustrated with such strage service & strange product.

    Please tell me what should i do now?
